Technovole Learn, trading as Technovole Academy, is a digital education initiative by Technovole.

Technovole (Technovole Holdings Limited) is registered with Uganda's Personal Data Protection Office, registration PDPO-202602-10311, and is responsible for all personal data shared on this platform.

• Your account: your name, email address, phone number and the language you choose.
• Your learning: the courses you join, your progress by topic, quizzes, projects, exams, results, certificates and the lectures you attend.
• Your fees: what you have paid, what is owed and your receipts.
• Your questions to Technovole AI, so the tutor can follow your learning.

To teach you: to show you the next step, to have your work reviewed by teachers, to issue your results and certificates, to take payment and to tell you about lectures, exams and results.

Some of your personal data is shared with trusted third parties in order to personalise your learning.

We also use service providers to run the platform: a payment provider when you pay online, email and SMS providers to send you messages, and an AI provider that powers Technovole AI. Each receives only what it needs for that purpose.

You, your teachers, and a parent or guardian you have linked to your account. A parent sees your progress and results, never your conversations with Technovole AI. Nobody is linked to you without your accepting.

Under Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to object to how it is used. Contact us using the details below.
